Making it all happen!
The commitment and passion of our hard-working volunteers has been critical to NORPA’s success. You’ve seen them usher you to your seat, make you a coffee, serve you a beer and sell you a ticket. You probably haven’t seen them distributing posters, sorting files, cleaning up after events or working behind the scenes at films and plays, but they’ve been here all along, providing invaluable support, developing new skills learning theatre protocols and – in one delightful case – meeting the love of their life!
We are always on the lookout for people with a passion for the performing arts to join our volunteer team and be a crucial part of bringing the best in live performance to the Northern Rivers. NORPA Volunteers fulfil most of our Front of House roles, including Ushers and Bar Staff and assist on Box Office. We also have a variety of opportunities for volunteers in our busy but friendly office.
Active volunteers receive tickets to NORPA shows.
